Connecticut sales tax is collected for items billed to a CT address (6.35%). Currently there is no sales tax charged for billing from other states.
Canada – Our Friends Up North! There is a $25.00 flat fee for shipping. If Canadian Customs gets you … you will have to pay that!
Returns To make the process easy, save the package your order came in, and send it back using a shipper of your choice. Once we receive the return and verify its condition, we will process a refund using the same card you provided for the order. For Greater New Haven & Shoreline area customers, we can pick up returns at no charge (see Free Personal Delivery section above).
Please be aware we reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem its condition to have been altered in any way. In this case, we will correspond with you via email about the situation.
