Free Personal Delivery to New Haven Area Addresses We can deliver orders to your home or office in New Haven, Hamden, Woodbridge & and the Shoreline to Madison. There is no charge for this service! Press the Red Phone Box on the Home Page for more info.
Shipping charges We ship via the U.S. Postal Service and UPS.
Up to $199.99 = $6.00
$200.00+ = $9.00
Connecticut sales tax is collected for items billed to a CT address (6.35%). Currently there is no sales tax charged for billing from other states.
We Ship to Canada, Ireland and the UK via U.S. Postal Service (6 to 10 days transit). There is a $25.00 flat shipping fee to these destinations.
Returns To make the process easy, save the package your order came in, and send it back using a shipper of your choice. Once we receive the return and verify its condition, we will process a refund using the same card you provided for the order. For Greater New Haven & Shoreline area customers, we can pick up returns at no charge (see Free Personal Delivery section above). We have only had two returns in our e-commerce history, so this is why we don’t have an elaborate returns system!
Please be aware we reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem its condition to have been altered in any way. In this case, we will correspond with you via email about the situation.
